Director Of Partnership Development
Our mission is assisting partners and international missionary workers with their efforts to spread the Gospel to those who have never heard. Through effective leadership in Partnership Development, we have been successful for more than 30 years. This leadership position requires a passion for our cause and prioritization of personal relationship- building over transactional giving. The director will collaborate with leadership to faithfully communicate FIA’s mission and faith-based approach. The responsibilities include developing donor-giving campaigns, communicating with potential donors, building relationships with businesses and organizations to secure sponsorships and donations, and cultivating legacy and long-term giving. Importantly, the new director will be able to work alongside the previous director for a smooth leadership transition and donor continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a donor development strategy to grow FIA’s donor base.
- Track donor trends and identify new opportunities, including foundations, major gifts, and legacy giving.
- Develop and execute communications (emails, letters, personal notes, phone calls) to share project needs and stories.
- Ensure consistent, personalized engagement with donors across time zones (coast-to-coast availability).
- Maintain donor confidentiality and steward donor trust with integrity and care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a leader in donor development, demonstrating a strong ability to build relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising laws and regulations.
- Deep alignment with FIA’s goals, mission, and walk of faith.

Shipping And Warehouse Manager
The Shipping Ministry is vital to our ongoing efforts to serve and accelerate the ministry of global partners and international mission workers as they share the Gospel message with the world. The Shipping and Warehouse Manager is responsible for effectively maintaining relationships and ensuring excellent communication with our partners, field leaders, and international missionary workers. We ship household items and equipment for projects to meet their practical needs. Our work allows them to focus on the spiritual needs of those they serve. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about missionary work to apply their strong management and organizational skills to enhance the warehouse’s storage and shipping operations. Our ministry has successfully shipped containers and pallets to over 100 ministries and 900 missionaries in various remote locations. This position is essential for ensuring high performance in our shipment processes and effectively supporting our mission work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving and reporting donated or purchased materials and maintaining proper inventory.
- Tracking items in a database and recording all financial transactions.
- Supervising warehouse staff and facility operations.
- Overseeing the packing of trailers and trucks while maintaining accurate manifests.
- Developing and managing the annual budget for the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, team management, project management, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of industry best practices for warehouse and shipping needs.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices, and logistics.
- Current on the latest federal and state safety, shipping and packing regulations.
- Ability to learn and use inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.
- Must meet the job-related physical capabilities as determined by state regulated standards.
- Possess and maintain a current PA driver’s license.

AFRICA TEAM
Full-Time Mission Mechanic
Duties
Mechanical services is a vital part of the FIA West Africa ministry, and a qualified/skilled mechanic is needed.
Job Description
The Water of Life Project (well drilling ministry) relies on a variety of vehicles and equipment to be in good working order to deliver the mission’s well drilling services. Reliable mechanics are challenging to acquire in this part of Africa, and the mission also provides this service to benefit and support other missions, providing a competent & capable mechanic to counsel and repair personal and mission vehicles. This can include anything from routine maintenance work to specialized repairs, from small engine/generator repair to heavy engine equipment.
Skill Requirements
- Mechanical understanding of hydraulics
- Knowledge of electric and pneumatic tools
- Strong background in diesel and gas engines
Language Requirements
- Will need to have proficiency in French or Wolof language
AFRICA TEAM
Project Administrator
Duties
The field team is looking for a project administrator to join the team to provide administrative support for the various projects and activities of the mission.
Job Description
Responsibilities of the Project Administrator will include working with the field leader to manage mission programming and project development (logistics and scheduling of various projects, monitoring the activities and tasks of the mission), government relations (maintaining the NGO registration and submitting required filings), and financial management of the field team (budgeting & reporting).

SOUTH PACIFIC TEAM
Missions Mechanic
Duties
Mechanical services is part of the South Pacific ministry, and a qualified/skilled mechanic is needed to keep the mission drilling equipment, generators, and vehicles operational and in good working order.
Job Description
Reliable mechanics are difficult to acquire, and this service will also benefit and support other missions to have a competent & capable mechanic to counsel and repair personal and mission vehicles. This can include anything from routine maintenance work to specialized repairs, repairing small engine (lawn mower/boat engines), providing generator servicing and repair, and heavy engine equipment support.

Construction Builder
Duties
Construction services (building and/or repair) is a growing request from our various partner organizations in the South Pacific Islands, to help upgrade and build homes and stations for international workers serving in remote locations.
Job Description
This can include steel or timber-frame construction and potentially foundation, rough-in and finish work. Short-term teams often support construction-service projects and can complement needed skills of the FIA mission team to get the required job done.

SOUTH PACIFIC TEAM
Operations Coordinator
Duties
The South Pacific Team is looking to develop the role of operations coordinator to help manage the various mission activities and coordinate projects between FIA and mission partners.
Job Description
The operations coordinator would be responsible for supporting the project logistics and coordination, helping to develop and support the construction strategy of each project, and to make sure that appropriate equipment, staffing, and material supply are in place. Areas of activity may include mechanical services, construction services, and heavy equipment operations.

BOLIVIA
Project Leader
Duties
Currently a part-time role, the Bolivia project leader supports an existing team of Bolivian pastors serving among the indigenous people of the Amazon.
Job Description
FIA provides funding and ministry support for several ministry initiatives managed by these pastors, including a radio ministry, pastoral training center, and various medical and humanitarian outreach ministries. The project leader is responsible to support and network with the pastors on the ground and representing the work to a variety of supporting churches and organizations in the US for financial support. A major goal for the field is to develop a plan to move this field team to be self-sustaining within the next 2-3 years. 2 trips a year (minimum) are required to help steward FIA resources and work alongside the Bolivian team and help FIA to engage as needed with the Bolivian project.
