BIO

Andy has been volunteering with FIA since 2002 and has had the opportunity to work on multiple field projects. He resides in Elizabethtown, PA with his wife and two children. Andy has been working in the welding and fabrication industry since 1994 and has experienced both hands on and management roles throughout the years. Andy serves as Friends In Action’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing the office staff, shipping department, and facilities management.

As a graduate of Penn State, Suzy holds an Associate in Business Administration degree and has worked in the financial sector for many years. Since becoming a full-time stay-at-home mom, she has traveled and fabricated/welded in the field alongside her husband, Andy. She plays an active volunteer role in their home church, Community Bible Church. As FIA’s Finance Manager, Suzy works with the staff, missionaries, and donors to ensure fiscal accountability and good stewardship.
