Position: Shipping and Warehouse Manager

Brad Kulp joins the FIA team with a deep conviction that faith is lived out through action—in family, in work, and in service. Drawing on years of hands-on experience in international shipping, construction, and welding, Brad brings practical expertise uniquely suited to FIA’s Shipping Ministry, which has served over 900 missionaries in some of the world’s most remote and unreached areas. In his role as Shipping and Warehouse Manager, Brad organizes, maintains, and ships essential goods to hard-to-reach places where missionaries are working to bring the gospel to those who have never heard it. Beyond the warehouse, Brad will participate in short-term international teams—going to the field himself to support mission partners through hands-on service work. He and his wife Monique are members of Chiques Church in Manheim, PA, where they have been encouraged to follow God’s calling into ministry. Brad lives in Lebanon, PA with his wife and their youngest two children, and he is eager to see the work of the Lord advance through every box packed, every shipment sent, and every team deployed.

Monique Kulp brings both passion and skill to one of the most vital—and often overlooked—dimensions of missionary work: caring for the people doing it. As Employee Engagement Manager, Monique is responsible for ensuring that FIA staff are supported, developed, and mobilized to thrive in their calling. Her work is rooted not just in best HR practices but in FIA’s Core Values, recognizing that a healthy organizational culture is itself an expression of the body of Christ. Monique also brings financial acumen to the team, contributing to bookkeeping responsibilities in the finance office. She and her husband Brad attend Chiques Church in Manheim, PA, and together they are committed to the belief that the Great Commission requires people who go and people who hold the ropes for those who do. Monique is excited to serve the FIA family in a role that multiplies the impact of every missionary FIA supports around the world.
