Donna recruits short-term volunteers and raise finances in North America to assist missionaries and national pastors with projects that will accelerate the Gospel going to people who have no churches or Christian workers.

Their ministry with FIA involves researching the need for projects in remote regions of the world and then presenting these projects to FIA. The board of directors chooses projects which it deems the most strategic and then assigns a project to Gary and Donna which they oversee to completion.

For the past several years they have worked in the Amazon jungle of northern Bolivia and west Brazil building a radio station and assisting national Bolivian missionaries with various needs who are taking the gospel to the indigenous people in their corner of the world.
